10th Aug : Trek to Dudhsagar waterfalls!

• The meeting point :Panjim church steps at 7 a.m.
• Description: The Wild Goa Club did it last month and are doing it again ! Trekked in the pouring rain, up the western ghats saw beautiful butterflies, birds, spiders and of course dudhsagar waterfall at its most majestic hour !!!!
  This 13 km walk is not a steep climb, but nevertheless be prepared to walk at a leisurely pace for four and a half hours
  This trip which is being organised by Southern Birdwing is a serious attempt to explore nature. A flippant attitude is certainly not welcome.
  The bus will pick up interested participants at the panjim church steps and head for Collem railway station, where the walk to dudhsagar waterfalls commences. We expect to be back by 7pm.
• Participation fee: Rs 190 per person. (Includes entrance fee into Bhagwan Mahavir sanctuary but does not include fees for camera, etc).
• Note: Please book your seats at Champs, Panjim.
  Seats will be reserved on a first come first served basis.
  Bring spare tshirt, rainwear, packed lunch, pocket torch and enthusiasm.
